What triggers Eric and Astra to dance ?
Honest answer - I don't know - the first time I noticed it ...
was the night Astra's relationship value had exceeded 60 (Eric's relationship value was over 30)
it happened after Krowly had gone to chat to Astra and Astra had told Krowly to go away
this game have some pregnancy content? the combat is a important part of the game or is just sex escenes?
How come you can always disable gay content but never disable straight content?
Just as much as straight people don't want to view gay porn, I don't want to see straight porn but all the games that feature both only let you block gay content. :/
I can't even count how much straight porn I've had to see in games where I made the MC be gay and how (obviously) uncomfortable that made me. Total boner murderer. I've come to a point where I just delete games the second I see that you can only do that and it has noticeably minimized the amount I can comfortably play (lerned that lesson after I played through an earlier update of this game and other 'mixed' games).

Firstly, because straight people are and always will be, the majority of porn consumers. The gay filter is for those who don't want to see gay content, because that content is all optional.
I don't use it, simply because I don't care that it's there, and don't actively seek it.
Secondly, you didn't make any MC "be gay". You've played games where the MC can be straight or Bi, instead of ones that are games featuring only gay content. You being uncomfortable of seeing straight content in any game with optional gay/Bi content, is your own fault for not seeing the obvious.

There is one voyeur scene where the MC watches two NPCs one of whom looks pregnant;
There are three (at least) pregnant foes the MC meets, type of sex is dependent on result of encounter;
There is a new mechanic in the most recent release, bloated belly, gives the appearance of pregnancy but it isn't;
Most combat is not game critical although a number of quests do have specific adversaries to be defeated;
There are a large number of other events to be triggered and actions to be taken which are not sex scenes;
The MC has an experience level and some attributes which are increased by some of these mechanics so they need to be completed to progress;

As stated in the post, I've learned my lesson and avoid games where gay content can be disabled, so I have dealt with it and just felt like mentioning it at least once. Most comments complaining about stuff like this are just people being annoyed at gay content not being avoidable/disable-able (that's not even a word, but you know what I mean) and people react normally to those or ignore them, so I don't really see the problem with me mentioning something like this.
