"All the time" as in you can change the setting back at any point (that isn't in the middle of the scene it would be). To my knowledge, it will not suddenly pop up just before the scene that would have happened going "This next scene would involve futa or male on male, but you have your settings on 'nah'. Would you like to switch back?"

Krowly also mentioned that the sheep got raped by fairies before... and other monsters apparently... so check those areas aswell I suppose

yep, like i said, i checked every area that could possibly be accesible by a sheep. unless i have to look at a certain time of day, i think im gonna give this game a break till a new walkthrough is out for this bit.

Depends on where you're at questwise. Before Fina gets nabbed? Impossible.
After? You're able to peep the window of the bathhouse, after which you have to go to Melinda to learn how to boobs potion, then make said potion, use it, and stroll on in.
There may be steps missing, but this is the gist of it.

There are four parts of the day: morning, day, afternoon and night (not sure of the names). You must go to the tavern by morning or day, face Julliette, talk to her and when she ask you if she can go with you, answer "yes". Then go to Fina's home (with some lust) and talk to her.
You must drink the clear mind potion and the minotaur milk. When they put a spell on you and you can't use your magic, use the fire potion or the snoball/freeze potion, on the items.
Read the books on the selves (I think it's at Fina's home). to make this potion you must use mandragora and futa elf sperm.

If you reach the master level of gardening and you plant the seeds on your field, you don't need to search the mandragora, you must get one after 10-14 (I'm not sure) times that you work on the field. You can try to search for it at the futa elf forest and you must collect it by night, but to do this you must reach certain level of gardening.
