I think the gay content is defined as any time he MC or his bestie Eric take cock. I wouldn't know though I don't turn gay content off. Being bi makes playing these games a lot less troublesome.
As for the vaginas I haven't really noticed but yeah seems like that's the way the artist wanted to go.
To be fair, exercising common sense means a guy doesn't have to be Bi to play with it turned on as the dev intended. If an option looks like it's going to lead to some dude-on-dude lovin', then common sense dictates it's not for someone who doesn't want to see it.

Hm, alright. Wasn't entirely sure what route this game took.
Seen some games not class it as "gay" and some that do.
Like, some lets you turn off certain encounters. But even if you only have "lesbian" turned on, the futa characters can be included. It can get a bit derpy.
And hm... if so: then that seems a bit half-assed. In case they did unique oversized dicks for everyone, but just copy pasted the simplified loli vag. (Not saying they did, but estimating based on well... A LOT of games do that xD)

I'm also kind of curious to see what kind of ideas are brewing for future updates. Cuz the way the MC is running around, it seems like he's trying to become a full-on tantric magic wielder. If that's the case, is there going to be a brothel somewhere on the map? Where he can polish up on skills and absorb power/lust? Where he can make use of any and all assets that he might or might not have? Maybe take a friend or two along for some casual fun? Cuz I could see that being a central Hub of events. Or as a way for the Creator to dump ideas into a central location.

You have to go south through the forest, go south through the next map and the next will be the Elven camp with the spa being the big building towards the bottom of that map.
If you are looking for a big boobed missing personn at the spa, you have to wait for the night so the guard-futa-elf is not here and then peek through the window on the left of the spa house
