The goblin village is inside the Goblin Cave, the one going left just exiting the Village. Once inside you have to make your way through the right side and just keep going.

i seem to be unable to start the derek quest, it doesnt show in my quest log and on mondays and fridays during the daytime derek is fishing on the stump? is there some other condition i need to do first?.
enter goblin cave and proceed to right side and at bottom right corner there is black square enter it you find the path and proceed to reach goblin village
you proceeded to left side after entering cave, proceed to right at bottom right corner you find black square proceed to the path to rech goblin village
for some reason derek doesn't go to the inn on mondays or fridays, maybe a bug? i deleted and re-downloaded the update just incase. anyone else having this issue?
All that I can think of is maybe you need a few more quests done? How many quests have been completed for the both of you?
I just looked it up. You need to have Juliet start teaching the kids for Derek to go into the inn while his daughter is in class.
