I cleared just about everything up to ver 388 or the nipple sex with the inn keeper. The only things I haven't done are the inn special topless event because I didn't feel it was worth my time, Eric training with Jania (tbh I find it odd given how much powerful Eric is to Janica) I think since the Bandit groups and first fat goblin was the only encounters that could beat me though I did find out that its possible to beat her on the first try if not hard to do, and some of the dungeons because I don't want to shuffle with the rng system until I'm forced to go to x one for a future quest. I honestly hate that the dungeons at first are just rng and as I can tell it doesn't even have an anti-repeater system for dungeons you already visit so you can fully use the selector without save scumming to get them all. Anyways, from what I seen the game doesn't really have a main quest line, as it does have unfinished quests but the pattern seems to be that they are self contained and never lead to something grander or interconnected, hell given the base plot you could say that most of the game takes place in an epilogue longer than what can be found in a Fire Emblem game.

No doubt some of the point you said are valid, like the main plot not even being there sometimes and honestly said I think some part of that could be due to the update cycle like one month (usually releases the new version in 1- 1.5 months)is too short of a time frame to do something really fleshed out personally if the developer could take 3 months and just figure everything out and implement it we might have as u said a grander or interconnected story

Agnieszka needs 5 feels to show her breast this is 2 weeks and a monday, after you find the sheep, then you can just asked to see her tits for 3 feels until you can get a handjob and then HJs until you can fuck, sheep is optional after the 5th time. The first half can easily fit into the beginner grind loop for mondays and thursdays and gets easier the second week if you are dig for S.T. which takes 5 days.

There's no relevant key word(s) for what you were asking.
Like with the walkthroughs that have been linked through the Patreon page, that are also free, barely anybody bothers to check the Patreon page to even see what is/isn't free. If they did, they'd see all of two prices (I see £1 and £2.50, nothing more) and nothing about early-release versions or patron-only versions.

There are flirt options with her, but you need to unlock them. There's one that's still "not in this version", because it's not been made yet.

About the main plot of the game it is already coming. Have in mind that all the content we already have is just to know the NPCs and a little about the world around (and there are still a lot of possibilities to create more content about that). I guess the main plot is the Order coming to mess with the people of the area, trying to end the easy going interacial bisexual way of living of the people of the valley or kingdowm or wathever it is.
Nuns are already appearing here and there. Also when you speak with Jill she tells you that your father and mother are under the grasp of the Order so I guess that the main plot will have something to do with that.
