Can anyone tell me if completing the floor tile puzzle have any consequences and if yes, how to do it? I've been walking around like a retard for ages now.
Yes, it's quite repeatable.
But this location is not considered as a 'dungeon', so you can't get back there using the 'Go in a dungeon' sub-menu when hunting with Eric.
You must still use the 'Hunt' submenu; and there is a lot of possible choices (including each time both 'standard' hunt and dungeon scenes), so it can take some times before you get it again.

Anyway, the choice is determined randomly each time you start a new hunt, so:
- save just before talking to Eric before hunting,
- you have up to 3 possible hunt scenes. Each time you enter one and it's not the one you wish to get, immediately exit to switch to another one.
- if after the 3 choices, you've been unlucky, re-load your previous save and start again.

Yes, it worked without any problem for me (which is not the case for Agnieszka, for who the event is probably buggy). As indicated into the changelog, just look at Alice who is dancing then talk to Juliet (on Friday evening, of course).
If, like me, you've got a little problem with the "A woman for Derek" quest (i.e. quest with objective completed but not flagged as completed in the quest list), here is a small program to fix this issue.
The bug is probably a sequel of an old version of this game, and I guess it's no more happening with the newest versions of it.
Problem:
Quest "A woman for Derek" completed (i.e. Taisha is now the Derek's wife) but this quest is still in the 'Active Quests' list in the 'Quests' menu.
Patch:
Download, decompress then start the attached small program (Windows 64 bits version) to patch your concerned save file.
Use this program on your save file (i.e. Save"nn".rvdata2 with "nn"=01 to 30 in your main game directory).
If the patch is correctly applied on the save file (i.e. "OK: Patch Done." message displayed), a backup file is created (i.e. Save"nn".rvdata2.bak) and you can now use the new save file instead. Otherwise, an error is displayed and the save file is not patched.
Caution: ALWAYS make and keep safely a manual BACKUP of your save file before patching it. This program makes minimal checks, and so an error is always possible.

Switched to a modified 64 bits version as the former version is WRONGLY considered as a virus by some "minor" antivirus at Virus Total, and so by the AV system of this web site.

If by "boys", you mean the changelog in the OP that you didn't bother to check, then no, no new content for Jill.
as much as I like this game I wish the quest system was a little better and upto date, show you what you haven't completed yet and what to do for new scenes etc, instead of looking through walkthroughs and the changelog that kinda ruins the surprise of the new scenes

+1 there's other games that runs under MV that does have even a map in the top left or right corner of the screen so you can at least know where you have to go in order to follow a quest.
I'm not saying the current RPG engine is bad, just saying that the current quest system can be sometimes quite a trouble for newcomers trying to figure it out how to wander on the whole map areas since its been known that the game at least have a lot of space to roam & wander around.
Downloaded the new Version,but Jason still comments only on Dereks Wife that she is "eye-catching".
What did you do to trigger the scene?
Knew that, but on my old save every friday Jason always commented that taisha was eye-catching, but didn't trigger the Agnieszka progress.
On that note, started a new game and now the progress triggered don't know what the problem was
Nothing particular: Jason was absent in the tavern on Friday evening. So, I've just gone into his house and he was there with his wife: a small scene then occured ...
But of course, I've fulfilled what is indicated in the changelog:
This is apparently supposed to happen at least 1 week after Juliette joins the topless Friday.
