I think i somehow jumped the "filling the orb with magic" part and did the "ritual" instead. then the game got stuck.
it could be a lot of things which messed up the quest.
I can interact with the magic eye in my inventory but he just says some generic lines. like "don't interrupt me" or "talks about the girls in the village" or "talks about lizzy".
i guess there is no fixing it huh?
i do have another save but i'll lose about 2 hours of gameplay. plus i'm not sure if i can prevent this bug from happening again.

Reverting to an earlier save might be your best bet, but boobsgames might be interested in knowing that this can happen:

And you are not skipping days with cheats ? That (and other forms of cheating) has been known of preventing events from happening.

Maybe there is still a step that you haven't completed. It might be completely unrelated to this quest. I've even seen people get stuck because they neglected learning a spell once it became available.
Can't think of anything else right now.

You do need to complete the return on investment quest (the orks that dig holes in the ork camp). If you haven't finished that then you can't go further

I fixed the problem.
reverted back to another save that was before the start of Lost Delivery. after doing it again i encountered the same problem.
so again i went back to a save before Lost Delivery. this time i Realized there were two problems which were messing up the quests:

1) for some reason there were two magic eyes in my inventory, under key items. one said quest item. the other however was Interactable, spewing generic lines. i have no idea where it came from. so i thought i should remove it from the inventory and i did so.
2) the other mistake was that i was teleporting to the basement the moment i got the parcel from the goblin queen. without giving the parcel to Sebastian first and completing the Lost delivery quest. so since the Lost Delivery was not completed i would get bugged.

fixing both these issues finally ended my bug ridden run.
buggy games are the worst.
honestly no one does rpg like peasant's quest. that's the golden standard.

When I take the Eye from the table, the same thing happens: two Eyes, one greyed-out, the other one active.
For me this never caused problems, probably because I already finished all earlier quests. Because I continue my game with each update, bugs like this where new content interferes with old content, don't show up in my current game.
Good thing you got around it and reported it.

Make a modpack with vaginal. Dev makes it for free, if there's no reason he can't do it, that applies to you too chump.

Ah Double date:
To double date talk to Astra when she's sitting next to Alice on Thursday morning after the initial Thursday starting of the quest.

Not explicit that this is what you do in the guides.

Is there a hidden requirement to start the double date quest? I just finished the "return on investment" quest and when I go to Fina's house on Thursdays Alice just says she's "having a private conversation"

Also, how do I get Grandma to do topless fridays?

Follow up: I read the walkthrough and it said to get grandma to do it I need to get Juliette to do it first, but when I followed the walkthrough (talk to Alice when she's dancing) I end up having sex with Alice and time immediately advances to night
