It's a shame Krowley and Jill never got to go adventuring together. I would be all about a game centered around them. There is a lot to like about W&B, but being restricted to a single town was a bit of a let down. If Krowley ended up becoming the mayor, impregnating everyone and growing the town, I think it would've been a bit more of a satisfying end. Ultimately, it's an interesting world that I'd like to know more about.

After the "A Wife for Derek" Quest she's at 20. For the Dildo Quest she needs to be at 25+.
But the only other option I see is to flirt with her and that also only becomes available at 25+

The anal option in the flirt menu unlocks after the dildo quest, but cleavage fuck is available much sooner and gives +2 (repeatable)
From the walkthrough (p.60) When Krowly talks to her after the wedding, she offers to let him fuck her cleavage as a thank you ([portrait image], -50 lust), which unlocks her flirting menu

Go into Krowleys basement, go to the far bottom right corner and go through to the cheat room. Inside there find the sprite of a little goblin woman and click on it to raise the relationship points +5 or -5 as much as you want.

It seems to be random, I get it pretty often. Have you fixed the house yet? I think you need to have that done, or you will only get the 2 other events with her to trigger.
