Sure there is. There is a sprite of Jill in the upper right. Click that.

in the basement with cheats all can be changed

i cant see it there are just the characters standing in a row and the clock

I seem to get a bug. At least when i give boobs to mc and talk to someone with character art, mc's character art doesn't disappear after talking.

You need to start a new game I am afraid. I had the same problem and that "fixed" it.
