But now that you mention it the walkthrough in the OP is not the full walkthrough. The full one is somewhere else in the thread, use the search function, I found it that way.
You simply go near the church at some time in the evening and you can see her moving around its right side. Speak to her and you will have the option to help her.

I'm curious. What type of software did you use to create this? The file seems a bit large for a .jpg of this resolution and the colors kept brightening when doing a simple cropping (transparency?). I've never had that happen with other images before.This one is a bit smaller, just to see which one would look better (yeah I think this looks more neat
