This update is focused on new scenes and bug fixes. Some of this was required for the quest with Alice and hot springs, so it’s getting closer. One cutscene was added related to the quest (you will see it when you will be checking out other content of the update)

Off the top of my head there's vaginal scenes for Krowly with Alice, Carla, Agnieska, Fina, Jenna, Rose, Mabel, Rayna, Snake Girls, Goblins, Bimbo Elves.
That's 11 just there, and I'm positive I've missed out at least a couple more.

true but his is right. you can have anal with everyone in every different ways but vaginal scenes are only one and half is not that good like with Agnieska , or alice, or jill. he's obsessed with anal a little too much.

Install the old version of Joiplay; I had the same issue, but it worked when I installed an older version. I can't remember exactly which version it was, but you could try 1.20.500 or 1.20.410. If it still doesn't work, try even older versions.

The quest starts with a conversation with Derek in the tavern during the day, after Juliette has hired herself to teach children on Mondays and Fridays (this requires attending Sunday church service in the morning), and has decided to help him (this also removes the Seduce option )

You need to find him a busty wife. If you talked to all the goblins in their village during the quest "The Lost Delivery", you may have noticed a goblin woman who says she loves humans. If you talk to her after receiving the delivery from the chieftain, she will be deeply impressed by Crowley defeating the cube and will offer to marry him. Now you can offer Derek instead. Taisha readily agrees to meet him. Return to the village, where Taisha meets Derek and drags him into the house to "talk him down".

You can encounter a pregnant Lamia and a pregnant Flower girl. That's it AFAIK. Others may look pregnant after being cumflated.
Addendum: Jimm might be busy with a pregnant demoness when you summon him.

Do you mean when you walk through the Pallas gates ? Don't do that (yet). It will end the game.
Instead, go to the temple north of the Wastelands and talk to the priestess.
