I have not, I've seen the what's new for .510 and .511. I'll scroll down their star page to find it.
Edit: I have read the what's new and it doesn't help much. I'm not sure how to trigger the double date.

Hey, I've been doing a bunch of back tracking because this game lives and dies by triggers, lol. Have you had a convo with Alice in her house about the hot springs? If you haven't, this is what I did, I sent Astrid to the spa and danced with alice in the evening. Alice invited me back to her place where I got that convo. I hope this helps.

The ingredients you get from farming should go for 12 gold a piece. You are not talking about the ingredients you get when you harvest a plant, are you ?
Can you post a screenshot of the trading screen ?

The only ingredient that give me money is mandrake, other ingredients I can sell only for 0...

Those are NOT the ingredients you should sell to Sebastian. Those are plants you get from harvesting them from your garden (or in the wild). They are ingredients for potions or food, not meant to be sold.
You need to work in your garden (click on the shovel) and then you get Ingredients that you can sell.
The more plants there are in your garden and the higher your gardening profession level, the more Ingredients you get.
