For those wondering, there indeed is lactation in game.
I both sucked Mino's tits and used the mino's milk item, so I'm not sure which one is required, but then when I went to fap I had this.

Next day in the morning I used the item again and undressed Krowly. The sprite you can enable to be displayed on the left side of the screen shows lactation.
