To start the quest help Fina at the morning after completing the Tea with Milk quest.
Spoiler info about the quest is

Heads up, there's a bug that can trigger with the new quest. You start it, and then on leaving the building get stuck in an infinite loop of Krowly saying "Poor beat up scarecrow" until you manually close the game.

The new hotfix (#3) fixes it. Wasn't working for me either until that hotfix. Get that, then ask Fina if she needs help.

The Old man Jason says every evening from monday to sunday that taisha is quite the eye-catcher, but doesn't do anything else.
And I have Agnieszka realationship point above 90 so that can't be the problem.
So how can I get Agnieszka to join topless friday?
