Anywhere in the forest - there are plants to be harvested
The locations that the plants occur are fixed
And can be harvested once per day (one specific plant - not wild carrots - can only be harvested at night)
The plant which grows each day in each location has some element of random chance
Simply approach and interact with them
There is one of these plant locations to the south of Eric's camp
(to get to Eric's camp leave the village to the south and travel west for two screens)

DAMN those lips did eric just got stunk by several bees?
Well he looks like his mom with them now.
Also its weird that those lips transformations doesn't come with a dialogue for you to choose and prevent them from happening, unlike the boobs, hair & body so you kinda have to disable them in the cheat room.

Way to big lips. how the hell that got past quality control? I guess the men were busy with Eric...
It is actually, just pop into the cheat room and you can select which changes you want when you walk to eric.

At this point I think the cheat should be to enable the lips to look like that, and limit the transformation to the first tier by default.
Then again, I guess the model for the artist might be a blow-up doll.
