So I've been trying to change Sylvia's gender after using a save from another. Is_futa is likely the main flag but does anyone know what the flags named had_action and futa_intro do? Would be really helpful in bringing everything in line with my old save.

Also aside from Sylvia and Moriana how many futa characters are currently in the game? I don't want to accidentally miss any due to using an unknown save.

Yes, "is_futa" flag is changing futa/female, but you have to wait 1 day for an a visual change to take place (or activate "futa" event through console, which also auto-activates at midnight too). "futa_intro" flag is for a special futa scene during her introduction in the castle. "had_action" or similar flag have many characters and it flags actions that can be done only once per day.

Besides these two, there are no other futa characters. However there is a quest involving orcs, where you can obtain blue pill, that can turn several females into futas temporary.

I noticed the different protags. Is this the type of game that has multiple playthroughs to see all the content?

I've noticed during some sex scenes the animations aren't happening. Is that due to the anti-aliasing? But when I close the game and restart, the animations work fine. Specifically having sex with Hesy in the castle. Also getting a titjob from the squire.

That is a directx issue. The problem is probably not in the game but in your setup. Did you changed anything at that time? Some new drivers, or something like that. Also from the description, it seems the problem may be with the screen resolution.

Nothing except getting an OS upgrade. Could it be a Win 11 issue? Is there a way to fix the resolution issue without manually changing the resolution of my desktop?

P.S -Manually changing the resolution didn't solve the issue.

Is the Alizabeth peaceful ending or gore ending better. Does she move into your castle with the peaceful ending? Does she die or does the inquisitor die in the gore ending.

I have Windows 11 myself and haven't had any issues except the game using a lot more memory than it should be.

In island part, Sylvia, Diana, Lyria disappear after morning and appear only at evening.

EDIT: Also Lyria and Sylvia dont show doring party time in medow

i played before like version 1.8. and so far we still losing priestes from first monastery except Pya.
we cant capture them and convert to slaves/peasants/whatever. sad

Is the island broken for anyone else? I can't teach Mona the language, interacting with the runestones does nothing, and going to the ship crash site says I'm ready to leave, but can't do it. Also, were the runestones and the crash site supposed to be automatically unlocked when you get there? I seem to recall having to find them on expedition, but that's no longer the case it seems.

My laptop resolution is 2560 x 1440.
I have DirectX 12 installed.

I've no idea what else I can do to resolve this, so any advice is helpful.
