The game itself isn't bad but... there are many points that are messy.
First of all put yourself in the player perspective, we jump into the first world, a normal player would like to know more about it and gain relationships around it, but we are teleported quite soon to another place and yet another one after that.
Rather than multiple teleportations I think it would make sense to properly develop one world as a game and then if you want more jumps into different worlds then that could be okay for different games or so, because if not the storyline feels a bit weird, like it's a big mess of different ideas thrown into one game.
On another point we have quite a few choices but it has little to no consequences, mainly too because we get teleported too soon.
Basically I would say this is quite a mess but with potential, the only thing that I truly find it quite bad was how weird some conversations were. I truly think that this needs more character development and interactions rather than being so random on everything.
Here are some general tips that I usually give:
-First of all decide what fetishes do you want for your game, having a list to work around is quite useful in an adult game, on this point you can be flexible in the sense that you can add fetishes along the way, but only minor ones, what I want to say is that if your game didn't have planned for example a fetish like NTR it isn't a good idea to add it midway even if it's optional.
-Second create the lore of the place, just write anything important, for example if it's an amazonian empire how are males considered and customes and things like that. When you have a lore you will find yourself having an easier time writing anything.
-Third give flesh to the multiple characters. As you can understand we didn't truly have many interactions and we don't truly have consequences for our actions, to have consequences about something I truly recommend to write in a paper the options and the future effect that you want to give it to them beforehand.
Basically that would make a good start.
