How exactly does pregnancy work in this game? I got knocked up from the plant monster in the second dungeon, and nothing has happened since. Is there some other requirement for birth, or does it just take forever for anything to happen?

I have run across a few, the first one is in the slums if you cooperate with the people who catch you there, the second time you cooperate you get double teamed. There are also times you can get ravished by multiple enemies at once, I think a few of those might do it too.
You can get caught and grappled by some enemies in the battle field. They will do things to you ^^
You go to the doctor in town and do a birth dialogue, which also opens up H events with the doctor. Birth costs 100k, which can go negative. If you have debt, it opens up the brothel job. 500k debt is pregnancy game over.

Does anyone know how long does it take to clear the Virgin ending?, I want to speed run it and then go for corruption later, but I don't want to wait for too long
depends on how good you are with the fighting system. if you can handle the bossfights w/o any lvlgrind you can be done in a view hours tops.
Is there some other requirement to do birth dialogue with the doctor? I got a little animation and message when she got knocked up during the fight, but nothing else has mentioned it yet except there's an icon on the H diary. The doctor just gives generic dialogue about helping you with other things, and the nurses just talk about how great he is. Lewd is at 300 and I'm partway through chapter 2. Is there a time / chapter / lewdness thing I'm waiting for or did something break? This is with a monster baby if that makes a difference

Reporting to the Viceroy, the text eventually became swapped (Lecia spoke the Viceroy's lines, and vice-versa), and some of the dialogue was outright untranslated.

Isnt it should just be beating entire game normally without getting yourself into a spicy situation ? Like my Lecia has Lust 4 at highest and she is still virgin while im about to go kick Viceroy's ass and she still gets embarassed of most simple stuff(Though i still cant pass up on getting juicy money from the bunny cafe)
But if i say so myself im beating game at calm pace without hurrying and also with minor grinding and i already have gone past 10 hours and by achievement it seems to be intended beating time normally

Here is save from near the start of the game, mostly skipping all those cutscenes you know is at the start of every RPG game. It's for steam version. You can configure difficulties and options to your leisure after loading it.
Where is the Great forest of Fili-Aju? I kinda skipped the story and have no idea where to go to meet Lew.
Travel to where you would go to the mountain then keep going along the shoreline. It goes back up to the forest.
