I Don't know if this is an issue on my end, but this last one seems to have a choppy frame rate, is this intentional?

it is because the videos has only 12 fps, and not the usual 30 or 60 fps, so if you wanna have a smooth video, someone needs to use AI interpolation
That's not uncommon for Washa. Shantae was similarly slow but I was never able to get it to look good even with interpolating frames.
