I might be missing a tracker or something then, new to torrenting and it shows no seeds for the torrent

i see, i checked my end and i have 4 seeders here, red is how much i have seeded/uploaded. yellow highlight is seeders available
Does anybody know why hololive council is only getting 3 arts per character? Is this how it's gonna be from now?
The author can only do three at the fastest per month, you should be lucky that there were only two before...
Can someone reupload this on a diff mega link? It's asking for a decryption key

It didn't ask for a decrypt key for me, but here it is anyway. Idk if importing then sharing works , but hopefully it does.
