Well, the idea of using VR world as a cheating ground (that can later leak out in RL) is kind of interesting. But, sadly, MC is to dumb or spineless (or both) for the game to be playable.
When his LI plainly tell him that she wants to fuck Jamal, he not reacted at all, effectively supporting her decision. Well, literally the dialogue was something like "Are you jealous?" "No, of course not" "Good, or else I would be angry by your lack of trust". But come on! We are adults here! When a woman tells you that "you don't have to be jealous of X", it can mean ONLY one of these two things: 1) You have to be VERY jealous. 2) It's too late and you have to dump the cheating slut. In 95% of cases it's the second, even if she didn't actually fucked X yet. She will, her decision has already been made. Any healthy male will always be jealous if there is a reason to. So asking not to be jealous is absurd, it's just an insult, it's a declaration that she does not consider you worthy of keeping her. And LI receiving a gift (expensive VR set) is clearly a strong cause to be jealous. Trust has nothing to do with jealousy. Yes, proactively searching for signs of betrayal, projecting your insecurities outwards is suffocating and repulsive. But lack of adequate reaction (jealousy) to the real threats to your relationship is just a neglect or lack of self-respect.
OK, maybe MC is really that stupid of brainwashed by some stupid idea like "love and sex are separate", "jealousy = no trust" or shit like that. But. When he accepted being a girl in a Role Playing Game (!) in which he have to play with his LI and his male rival? That's beyond unbelievable. MC just declared that he is a sissy cuck. There can be NO real NTR after that, no cheating. He will just get what he was actively asking for.

To be honest, I am not really interested in improving this game. So I don't care if devs will read it or not. And tendency to turn MCs into a spineless brain dead idiots in "NTR" games are so widespread, that it's only mildly amuses me nowadays. Basically, it turns MC into a comic relief. Sometimes intentionally, mostly not. There, the signs are so bold, that they could as well tattoo "i suck dicks" on MC's forehead. I had fun sharing that observation with other players. And, although your obvious care warms my heart, please don't worry. I'll manage.

Also, first thing in VR, she plainly said that she is lying to MC about great many things. Well, the actual spelling was "I have level 10", but since her profile clearly shows lv 27, the meaning was exactly that.
