Yes, that is supposed to be the endgame. But we haven't got to that point yet. If you play as son, you just have mom for now. (Or dad has daughters). Until the paths meet up.

No, you'll get only Mom so far. You'll get sisters later though (in the next part I assume - We Are Lost 2)

This game seems like an overly elaborate incestual soap opera...it's pretty unimaginative and way to predictable to be in any way entertaining...imo

No. Which ever player you are NOT playing, does not do anything with the girl or girls he is with.
