So this game is just Merry having sex with Paul wash, rinse, repeat.
I was hoping for more variety with Merry, but every update after Merry had sex with Paul is the same.

IMO Merry and the boat caption presented an opportunity for Paul to corrupt Merry and taunt the groom by having her have some kind of sexual interactions with him and then send the video to the groom-to-be.
I was hoping for some Merry-on-girl content but I guess that too isn't going to happen. The dev set up the scene with the captain wanting a pic of him and Merry. Good plot-prep, no execution.

Why have Merry's sister dance for Paul and then have Merry say I didn't video her dance?

Merry's sister went from shy to slut pretty fast, so have her be the sexual experimenter. Have her start sending videos to the guy Merry may marry. She gets off teasing him, or is planning to have sex with him when he gets to the island.
It was something I also ended up noticing. In all routes, there are similar elements that make it difficult to tell which route is missing the hints. In the end, everything is more of the same, with MC getting the worst of it whenever possible. I found it quite repetitive in certain parts of the gameplay. There are three routes, but only one seems to have real relevance for the author, with a weak and boring storyline once you invest hours playing.

It is one of the unfortunate side effects of producing an update every 30 - 40 days, as the developer simply doesn't have the time to expand the routes and make them more unique; sharing as many scenes & dialogues as possible is the only way she can maintain them. It sucks for when you are reaaally trying to immerse yourself in these different flavors, but it is what it is.

For the record, LadyLana is doing an admirable job keeping the NTR suspense going & building - 0.6 has the first hints of MC getting tired of Mary and Paul spending so much time together. Let's hope it builds into a proper ending this time around...

In this type of game, the creator needs to do one thing at a time, in this case, one route at a time. Otherwise, it will become a mess and even more difficult to manage. It's quite impressive that the creator manages to do all this with limited time. The game isn't bad overall, it has some very good scenes that I enjoyed, but overall it's a weak game. I hope for the best for the dev.

Hard disagree. I've known a couple of games that only update one route at a time and they're always messy and inevitably delayed because one path is less exciting for the dev, or slowed down for other reasons. Here, the routes all follow the same story with just some variations, so it makes even more sense to make all routes at the same time.

The dev found their niche, and they're sticking to it. It's not a 5-star Michelin restaurant meal, but it beats the crap out of 99% AI CG-based NTR/NTS games currently saturating the market.

And the cheating path this time around is much better simply on the virtue of MMC having no clear proof of anything; by this point in Stay Online, the MMC caught his wife cheating on him on camera, and did nothing about it for the rest of the game - at least in this aspect, the developer showed their willingness to learn & improve their work.

If the dev thinks keeping a monthly schedule works best for them, then who am I to disagree? In fact, it feels good to always get something for my 5$ monthly.

Well, if the creator thinks it's better that way, so be it. But there are disadvantages, as you yourself said, in not having enough time to devote to doing something different in the routes present in the game. The method of developing one thing at a time would help a lot in such a context, but that would vary depending on who is behind the game. If the public likes this fast-paced method, there's no reason to change it.
