This version is the same as version 0.3.0 just added the a in front of the 0 it's the same content as the previous version I have the save here from 0.3.0 and the ending is the same as the encounter with the father from Mc, I downloaded it thinking it had new content.

Episode 4 Part 1 - Status Update & Merry Christmas!
Hey, so far everything is going smoothly, I recently finished working on one of the lewd scenes and animations. The episode is moving forward all the time and I can say that I already have around 200 renders done which is similar to the amount I released in updates to the previous episode. This time, however, I want the updates to be longer.
Last week I did one free-roam event in a new location which took up most of my time. Tomorrow, I will immediately start working on creating a new big lewd scene.
This week I will let go of work only today to spend the day with my family, and on the following 2 holiday days, I have time off from my main job, meaning I will be able to speed up the pace of development.
The estimated percentages look like this:
Art - 55%
Animations - 25%
Writing - 85%
Coding - 30%
Once the big lewd scene is done, I will go to creating more static renders for the scenes I have already written. As you can see, I have 85 percent of part 1 written, while the art is around 55 percent. I'll want to hit the 85 percent mark with art in the next 2 weeks.

So I've just started this for the first time and its already bad right out of the gate.
MC has been in uni for almost 4 years, 1 month left.

Typically, at least as I understand it, you have quite a lot of important shit going on in the last month of your 4 year degree...
Then 'Timo' is pissed off because it took us 20 minutes to pack up and get to his car?
He can go fuck himself, cunt shows up unannounced [how did he even know where you were?], I would have turned right around and gone back to my room the moment he gave me any lip.
What's the big rush? Your 'mother' who hasn't given a shit about you for more than 4 years? And you're getting shit about how long it takes you to get ready from your 'brother' that also has given no fucks for 4 years?

But anyway, we find out this Timo guy has decent money and yet they are going to drive 2 days 'across the country' for some reason?
Just fly there [or close to] and rent a car if you need to, it'd be cheaper and faster, given what fuel costs combined with having to stay at motels along the way, this is such a stupid part of the story.
Combine that with all this "it'll only take a week" right in the last month of uni and already the plan is to waste a minimum 4 days of driving?

Just discovered this game on Steam and was surprised to see it for free. It is quite a nice VN. Aside from some typos, the horror male faces and ridiculous amount of foot fetish scenes, the game really intrigued me with the mystery revolving his family and the Free Will location in general. The renders and animations are very well made too and as for the favorite girls, personally I liked Kate at start but as the story progressed Flavia started to grow on me. Can't wait for episode 4, will definitely keep an eye on this gem.

Episode 4 - Status Update & Official Guide & Plans for the future
Hey, Happy New Year to all of you, hope you started it well!
I've got an update on development today, and I'll give you some plans on what I want to finish this year and what I want to start.
Official Guide
I want to release an official guide along with the release of the next update (or a little later).
The guide will be available to patrons +$25 and in addition to the standard walkthrough of the game, it will also include my personal notes for various scenes to give you some perspective of what drove me to create certain moments in the game as well as I think it will allow you to go deeper into the characters' minds.
The guide will cover Episodes 1-3 for now, but it will be updated once I complete work on the full Episodes.
Status Update
As for the progress, I have finished working on one big lewd scene and animations for it. I also made a lot of new renders.
There are 2 large scenes left to be written - as for the art I have to make renders for 4 scenes.
Also, I have to make animations for the sex scene with Rosa who won in the previous poll.
I worked a little bit on the script too, the percentages are as follows:
Art - 75%
Animations - 60%
Writing - 85%
Coding - 40%
Plans for the future
As for 2023, I would like to finish work on Episode 4 and Episode 5, which would mean that at the beginning of the next year, the last Episode 6 would be released.
Looking at the fact that it took me about a year to prepare the first Episode of Welcome to Free Will, I need to start working on my next game soon, so that the transition between this game and the next is smooth, not a year apart.
The plot, characters, and a few concept arts I have already prepared - I will want the game to be a few levels higher than the current one in every aspect of it and I believe I can make that happen.
I always want to improve and hope you will help me with that. Can't wait to show you what I prepared.
But for now, let's focus on what's in front of us - the first part of Episode 4 coming out soon.

Some things are a bit off in this game, like how too fast relationships evolve. Take Niki, she clearly says on day 2 that she's a virgin who never had a boyfriend before, but on day 8, she (too) easily lets the MC fuck her at the lake without any mention of her virginity. As said before, it felt off...

Episode 4 Part 1 - Status Update
Hey, recently I have been working on posing and rendering animations as well as finishing writing for this update.
I managed to do the whole lewd scene with Rosa and also did quite a few renders.
As for the lewd scene, I have one left to do that I was originally going to include in the next update, but decided that it would be more fitting for this update. Therefore, the release may be delayed to the first week of February.
Art - 85%
Animations - 85%
Writing -100%
Coding - 60%
There are really only about 100 renders left to be made. After that, I have to still take care of the special renders, text messages, diary page and also adding some music.

Because the production of the next game will begin soon and I will be working on 2 games at once, I am thinking of buying a second PC. Working on 2 games on one computer may overwhelm me therefore I will have to invest money in a second one. Once I buy it I will definitely let you know.
Next week I will post the last set of previews, normal as well as the lewd ones.

Is it a good idea to create two games equally? Will this affect the update schedule for Welcome to Free Will? While I will keep an eye out for new games, I would prefer that the developers focus more on updates to Welcome to Free Will
