if you check your menus, there is one that has a ranking of the top ten seeders in the city. That is probably what you are looking for.

Was looking though the game files to see if maybe i could resize the text, and found a bunch of stuff related to chrome passwords and credit card info in the .pak stuff, specifically the en info file. Not familiar with these, but that seems very suspicious.

I've seen quite a few people ask about this, but on Vnpocket you should be able to play online if you use a modern browser like chrome or firefox, you don't even need an account. This is how I played, honestly I found this to be a lot more convenient than downloading.

All I can say you must of had some very bad luck. I can only go by my ending stats, but I had a total ejaculation count of 236, out of the 38 girls, that comes to roughly 16%, so definitely in line with the 25% chance per girl. But kudos for you go though that with each set of screwing once, exiting, checking, and then doing it again. You have a hell of a lot more patience than I have for it!

Just to be clear, insemination chance is evaluated only once per session, at the end (this is the part that says "a judgment will be made once at the end of the breeding").
Whether you inseminate a girl once or 100 times during a single session, she will still only have 25% chance to be inseminated once you exit the scene. So you can fill Mei with an amount of cum the volume of Lake Michigan and still have her safe at the end.
This is consistent with my own tests once I realized that (although it did still take a few days of entering-cumming-exiting for Sayaka and one of the two whores).

to clarify, when testing I didn't quit and reload after each try, nor did I cum more than once. I went to next in game day after a single creampie to force a refresh of session after each attempt, so each test took 100 in game days. I know some of them appear multiple times a day, but not all of them appear the same number of times, and since I wanted to maintain as much consistency as possible I did each one time a day and no one else for the whole test.
