Just talk women with models, if you do that for a few days and nothing changes then you need to talk to different ones first. Some need you to bang certain girls or that you need to bang so many other.

If I remember right you talk to her, bang the other 2 with her there and then talk to her again on another day.
Is there a way to see who you have "implanted" I feel like I am wasting my time with some girls.
In the menu/girl status (third icon), clicking on a girl's portrait will show her details.
The girls that have been successfully "implanted" have a line at the bottom right (Implantation day).
It only affects the points you get in the ranking, you can get 100%/100% without impregnating everyone (and you only need 135 points for the first place), and it doesn't have any effect other than that.
Note that it's only calculated when you exit the sex scene after cumming at least once, so there is no difference between ejaculating once or 250 times in the same hour. Non-vaginal sex also counts, I think, so you can impregnate some girls with... a blowjob. Don't ask.

The only bonus it gives you is seeing that girl’s body count. A neat little bonus if you like it.

It will set font to more narrow and overall smaller.
1 - Open /www/fonts/gamefont.css
2 - Replace existing custom font name "NotoSansJP-Regular.otf" with RPGM default one "mplus-1m-regular.ttf"
3 - Add string "size-adjust: 60%;" in Font-face class.
OR
Simply replace file content with provided:
It will set font to more narrow and overall smaller.
