The project is alive. Look at Twitter or Patron. There's news coming out.
Because of some problems, you have to redo a lot of everything, so the creation of the game is very slow

The 2D art assets in-game are good, but the 3D animations are pretty meh. I won't comment on the gameplay yet since it's a super early version, but looking up Gorilka's work these animations aren't as good as his other stuff. Dunno if it's because he isn't used to animating in Unreal or something else, but if the animations can be brought up to standard of his more recent animations on e621 and such I think there's a lot of potential here.

in the case of mlp games not too many(one other popped up today, the casino one but it kinda sucks for right now) in the case of futa I personally recommend Eileen and the curse of the futanari succubus, Futanaring, Portals of Pheron(if your up for strategy game), chronos gate, Lilith's throne, Wolf's dungeon, also a hort but nice text based one called futanari transformation on TF games, etc. There is one pony game I know it's called besti but it's human on pony and geared toward VR
