Checked it out the day you posted to me and forgot to reply. It seems to be some pirate trying to pass it off as their game. Steam paused the release and now there isn't even a release date.

This is actually on my watch list. I’ve been waiting on it to get some more updates and get more fleshed out before I give it a test run and add it to the list. However it looks interesting. I definitely want to play it.
