Hey, y'all!
I am OFFICIALLY back in development.
I swear, next time I take time off I'm just gonna stay home and sit on my ass doing nothing. This traveling shit is NOT for me.
That shit was so much going back and forth, dealing with hotels, walking everywhere in what seemed to be the least pedestrian-friendly cities in the world due to the expensive ass Ubers, and coming back home through the capitalist hell that are mega-airports (7 dollars for a water bottle?????)
Anyway, who wants to hear about the new render and animation totals??? Don't care, imma tell you anyway.
We are now up to 2,040 renders and 66 animations.
Not bad, not great, but we take it anyway.
That's about it for this week, imma try to lock in this week and keep it pushing as the finish line is looking like it's getting closer and closer.

Tried this title for the first time yesterday and I liked it quite a bit. Definitely going to stick around and wait for some future content. Just did one run with my Paige as my LI and Leslie as my backup. Some of the story points are a bit confusing but I'm assuming they'll be worked out in upcoming releases. A big one for me is the whole 10k gift and loss via gambling. Kind of came out of nowhere but I'll hang in.
I have no idea what's up with mysterious Jalen's wife situation. I've gone from him being in an acting classes and everything is fake to a full blown Fight Club split personality and he married his rich, female self. I did notice that late in the episode the MC asked him for a ride, Jalen says he'll ask his girl to use her car but she decides to drive. As to why his wife of two weeks has an SUV with "Jalen" on the license plate is complete mystery (3 to 6 months for custom plate in CA ).
This is all going to be fun. I can feel it. Many thanks to the dev and his crew for putting out an enjoyable offering.

Definitely worth considering. Also thought that were old plates of Jalen's, he and his new "wife" boosted the SUV and put the plates on as a decoy. Or they boosted the plates off someone else named Jalen and put them on her car. Shrug.

She is one of my top two favorites. She gets very heavily invested in not only the MC but also in supporting his athletic development, training, and career. When she talks about her past sports career, you can see the sadness in her renders. I'll be curious if she can be written to actually take help the MC or not with all the extra training and physio she does... as well as the extra "cardio" versus not having her doing all that. Especially when she forces MC to go talk to the medical staff about his ankles and they provide him with a way to work on them... will that have an impact in MC's career story versus her not doing that? Or is it all just a superficial flavor scene? I'd be disappointed if that was nothing more than a flavor scene.
That and the date with her just hit me right. I am a casual wrestling fan and seeing her surprise the MC with tickets to a show, that even she wasn't interested in, for a surprise just tickled my fancy. And the absurdity of the match story for the women's title alongside MC's emotional swings was just hilarious to me. Even more so when walking out afterwards, she said she actually enjoyed it. I'd love to see more dates with her around that... even if it's just watching on TV in her dorm, or something.
