It's still in early version, dude. If you want long ver for this game, you might be want to wait 2-3 years before you play it again. Be patient.
Anybody knows if the saves are saved other places or if I have to backup them for the next version?

Renpy saves its games in a location separate from the game folder. So you can delete the folder and replace it with the next update and not lose your saves.

This is hilariously untrue. RenPy games put their saves in the "game/saves" folder. Deleting the game folder will result in losing all your saves.
In order to bring your saves safely forward to the next version, unzip the next version to a different folder and copy the saves folder over.

This is hilariously inaccurate and blatantly ignorant. Renpy also stores your saves at C/Users/[YourUserName]/AppData/Roaming/RenPy so that you don't need to do anything with your old saves. Just extract the new game version and delete the older one, all your saves will appear intact in the new version's save/load menu

Slightly off topic but does Chestnut (your artist) have a patreon or deviantart account? And does she take commissions?
She doesn't have any other Patreon accounts and her other artworks are not NSFW and she prefers not to mix projects. About commissions, WaL takes up all of her time, so no, at least not until we've completed this game.
I did not know this games. Not bad. Well, I have a bit of trouble with the scenes of a certain character that you unlock at the end of Holly's quests ... but it's not bad, and the drawings are good. I can't wait to see the new scenes they will add.

We don't know for sure. But one thing, mate. You can't rush 2D games. Especially one with exceptional arts like this game. Just be patient for quality sake.
Or, you can just came back once a year or two to this thread. So you could enjoy massive updates.
I'm sorry but we're not sharing her SFW pages because they're done in her real name. Hopefully, you'll see a lot more of her art in this game.
We haven't announced any release dates for 0.4. You can check the progress tracker in the OP to get an idea of how close we are to the release.
