Not exactly an ad, it was chosen by the site's staff in their "featured games" thingy. I don't think devs even applied for it.the site used to have a top banner ad for the game

Wow I didn't know about the knee replacement thing, hope they're doing great. But it's the worst scenario bro, gotta be readyVery unlikely that they'll have a baby as well as a knee replacement every year for 10 years
I just checked and it wasn't a knee replacement but a hip replacementWow I didn't know about the knee replacement thing, hope they're doing great. But it's the worst scenario bro, gotta be ready![]()
Not until Jan 30, 2024. Please don't come back before that dateSure. Mods, for when the abandoned tag?
I don't know, maybe, I'm just sorry to say, but getting a blowjob from a green girl with sabertooths, where any moment, she can bite off my dick isn't really my biggest fantasy. Why is reading and not being dumb so difficult for so many people?
Anyways, I think Gomira is hot and her only scene so far was great, so I am looking forward to seeing a whole storyline for her.
It's not really the size vs time dynamic that makes people upset though. It's the amount of content delivered. If this is going to take eighteen months, that implies it should be roughly three times as much work put in as six months. It would be unrealistic to think its going to be three times more CONTENT, but it should be better written, more polish, detailed art and yes significantly longer play time, with more replay value. For instance, one of the things I think this game does so poorly is the looping animations with generic shouted dialogue during sex scenes. They are essentially filler, which is fine as long as their is meatier content around them, for the Lana update, that was the case, however for Myrtle, it really wasn't.I'm pretty sure nobody would vote for large updates if they specified what exactly large updates mean.

[ ] large updates, 18 months
Haters gonna hate anyway. Again, they are not delaying/stalling the update out of a whim, they did have serious real life circumstances that didn't let them work as many hours as they did in previous updates. That's something people should take into account when saying 'uhh, it's been 20 months so the update better be the greatest ever'. You just can't compare this update with any other in terms of time spent on development, as it's likely they have worked less efective hours than in other 'faster' update (at least for half of the year). Anyway, the update has roughly 58k words (as of last week's wordcount), while the 6 previous versions had around 170k combined. So it IS a bigger update, and they keep adding scenes according to the last weekly report. It's not really the size vs time dynamic that makes people upset though. But I think the bigger issue is going to be, once this chapter releases some 20+ months after the last one and it is only slightly larger than the previous chapter people will rightfully be upset. These devs simply need to find a way to produce their content faster or their project is going to fail, by inertia if nothing else.
You fail to see the concept of where even a normal woman could honestly do that and yes that has HAPPENED.I don't know, maybe, I'm just sorry to say, but getting a blowjob from a green girl with sabertooths, where any moment, she can bite off my dick isn't really my biggest fantasy.
I'll take word quality over word quantity, bub. NO amount of "But it's bigger and they have liiives" makes up for the fact that they went from having decently timed updates, to slower updates, to one update taking over 15 months. Everyone has life events that slow progress of their various activities, professions, and hobbies, this "dev team" is not special. 58,000 words sounds like a lot but how many of those words are actually necessary?Haters gonna hate anyway. About sex scenes loops, well, I honestly think that if you have some issues with that, you should start looking anywhere else because I doubt that's going to change at this stage. Expecting a complete overhaul on that department is foolish, no matter the development time.
I think the sex scenes hit much harder when they come, if you had to go through a lot of tedious gameplay to get it. It builds anticipation.I'll take word quality over word quantity, bub. Probably less than 5,000. How much of it is overly verbose dialogue tied to too many ridiculous, repetitive fetch quests, or badly designed puzzles, poorly written and overdone jokes? What A Legend! is not a book, it's not a visual novel, it's an adventure game with porn and at the end of the day most people don't play it for the 58,000 words they play it for the two to three minutes of boobs per update with a large percentage of players either using a complete save they got from someone else to simply view the scenes or they just set it so they can skip unseen dialogue and hold down control. Claiming an update has X amount of words is a strawman argument people used to defend ICSTOR taking years to release Milfy City updates.
MagicNuts is not your friend. They don't know you, they don't care about your existence, you're just a random internet peon who either does or does not pay into their patreon. There's no point in defending them.
Thanks for proving my point. I was just replying to someone who said that people would get upset if this update is not bigger than the previous one, I mentioned dev's words saying this is indeed the largest one in terms of wordcount, and then you came in here saying that wordcount don't matter since it would be just filler. So yeah, haters gonna hate.I'll take word quality over word quantity, bub. For some reason it seems you know why 'most people' play this game (I honestly think that the '2 or 3 minutes of boobs pero update' can't really explain their number of supporters but hey, what would I know, I'm sure you know better). You ask me to not defend someone that doesn't know me and, even if you weren't wrong in that, you would be kind of placing me between a transparent dev team that has been working for 4 years in a top quality product, releasing 6 meaty updates so far that have never disappointed their fans, and people like you who are whining preventively before getting their hands on a free game they don't even like (you can't really say you like this game if you feel it has 'overly verbose dialogue tied to too many ridiculous, repetitive fetch quests, or badly designed puzzles, poorly written and overdone jokes'). So please excuse me if I won't change where I choose to put my trust.
Please don't mix "excuses" made by fans and which you can read here almost on a daily basis "(They had a baby!", "They had health issues", "Supporters requested larger updates" etc.), and the communication made by the devs themselves, which mentioned having a newborn maybe once or twice and talking about health issues once or twice at most as well. And I don't remember a "Weekly update" where the devs used those topics to "excuse" for "not meet[ing] deadlines" (did they ever communicate any deadline at all...?!).I'm certainly not going to gloss over the fact that the excuses keep piling up...
...but in some ways this may be working against them as if the communication becomes excuses to not meet deadlines...
