Now, now, now... We have 7 girls in total which didn't get their own large update, right? Holly, Greta, Simmone, Maple, Anne, Madeline, and Serena (excluding Celestina ofc.). I don't think devs will spend 1,5 year for every update, but I'm thinking the worst scenario, then 7 updates will be out in 10 years (damn). Also, according to their planned content, each character will have to get more than one update to reach all the anticipated scenes. So I'm adding another 10 years for these updates. And I'm sure we will encounter more characters during adventure, one more 10 years in the bank.
They intend to retire with this game boys and I don't know if I'm gonna live to see its end. And after all these years, I wonder if the mc is gonna be the same age while I'm

Hi everybody.
Happy Friday, and I hope you're all feeling well.
Last week, our work was divided into two different parts. First, we continued with the tasks we had planned to do: Chestnut worked on a new sex scene (she's not done with it yet), and I edited and prepared a series of texts for posing. Then, I had an idea for a solution to a problem we had at the beginning of Gomira's quest. That problem was that we thought the story was unfolding without enough 'gaminess'. The solution is a new event that, despite being quite short, adds a mini "think" sequence, a new sexy outfit for Gomira, the use of the crafting cabinet, a visit to the Cursed Mansion, which I think works well in adding variety, and possibly a new achievement (have to test it after it's done to see if it works).
So, we spent a few days planning things, Chestnut doing sketches before going back to her work on sex scenes, and I coded the event and wrote the dialogues.
To decide on the design of Gomira's new outfit, Chestnut will draw three or four designs, and then we will create a poll for our Close Friend and Best Friend tier patrons to vote on the options.
She had already started creating these artworks, but we both got flu yesterday and couldn't work. You can expect this poll --and a video-- next week. I will pose this event (with placeholder art), test it to ensure there are no bugs, and then return to my earlier work of posing the later parts of Gomira's story.

It's not really the size vs time dynamic that makes people upset though. It's the amount of content delivered. If this is going to take eighteen months, that implies it should be roughly three times as much work put in as six months. It would be unrealistic to think its going to be three times more CONTENT, but it should be better written, more polish, detailed art and yes significantly longer play time, with more replay value. For instance, one of the things I think this game does so poorly is the looping animations with generic shouted dialogue during sex scenes. They are essentially filler, which is fine as long as their is meatier content around them, for the Lana update, that was the case, however for Myrtle, it really wasn't.
But I think the bigger issue is going to be, once this chapter releases some 20+ months after the last one and it is only slightly larger than the previous chapter people will rightfully be upset. These devs simply need to find a way to produce their content faster or their project is going to fail, by inertia if nothing else.

Haters gonna hate anyway. Again, they are not delaying/stalling the update out of a whim, they did have serious real life circumstances that didn't let them work as many hours as they did in previous updates. That's something people should take into account when saying 'uhh, it's been 20 months so the update better be the greatest ever'. You just can't compare this update with any other in terms of time spent on development, as it's likely they have worked less efective hours than in other 'faster' update (at least for half of the year). Anyway, the update has roughly 58k words (as of last week's wordcount), while the 6 previous versions had around 170k combined. So it IS a bigger update, and they keep adding scenes according to the last weekly report.
About sex scenes loops, well, I honestly think that if you have some issues with that, you should start looking anywhere else because I doubt that's going to change at this stage. Expecting a complete overhaul on that department is foolish, no matter the development time.
You fail to see the concept of where even a normal woman could honestly do that and yes that has HAPPENED.
