Better player characters.
Female protagonists are typically on the end of getting fucked/raped by anything that remotely resembles a penis. They have next to no character, they're just a cut of fuckable meat. Once this begins changing and female protags are better, then we'll be cooking with fire.
Male protagonists are a bit different, they have more variety.
Removal of stats where they simply aren't needed or make them do something.
A good number of games have stats that are fundementally pointless to have since they're never used. It's just filler with maybe 1 or 2 checks to need to go through but other than that they're useless. I got one game where stats reasonably matter but its for minor stuff, bully comes? MC has maxed strength yet still gets laid out in a small cutscene. MC has max intelligence but is weirdly still a brainless idiot and so on. Stats either matter or they dont and they typically don't, they're just there to add to the grind of some games.
Player Power.
Give the player some level of power in their time on the game, as mentioned before, a lot of the games are just the player getting shat on with no way to help themselves. This goes with stats, if stats are high enough, let us fight back or something, people don't typically have fun playing a powerless doodoo character unless they're into feeling like everything is pointless. Let the player actually play rather than setting them on a hyper liner road where nothing changes beyond how fast you can tap through dialogue or see how much the game lags when you turn on the slip button if applicable. You're just a camera at that point and that's about it for the game, you just point and click, turn on auto then boom, you're done with the game cause there's nothing else to it.
Guides.
Games should have guides for or in them to help players. Like many of the rpgm games are modestly large and you can go to numerous areas yet, in my experience, quest logs are the most useless thing as they seemingly never update with a new quest or anything. They're just broken so half the time, I don't know what I should even be doing so I restart the game as a whole and look for if a guide is available. I'm saying guides should be a thing for the sandboxy games that allow you to do a wide variety of things at any given moment that you play, from how to progress the story to how to work on specific characters that you have an interest in. I got a few with some good quest logs and trackers though so I'm content with the games I have.

Ultra chad with a giga dick that enslaves anything that sees it. Kinda like the lower MC where they just exist and women fall into their lap. They're not too rare but are smothered by the other two versions of MC, they're kinda lazily made too.
Bottom of the barrel cuck who gets punked by everything, these are largely the most prevalent cause all the ntr games around. You just get stepped on with no way to do anything, these games sometimes come with stats you can improve in game but the stats mean literally nothing, they do nothing. I don't really care for ntr content but the genre is kinda just a copy paste with a different look to it. MC, everyone who treats MC like a non human, guy(s) who cuck MC and also treat MC like non human. It's just a loop with nothing new or even interesting.
Brain dead, the MC just exists and things happen around them without much effort. I played a game recently, MC was a reasonably functional adult yet was beyond stupid, like they don't know what a boob is level stupid. These types of mc are kinda just boring play.
Rarely will you find a game where the male protag is above average let alone capable of standing up for themselves. Like, give me an MC that'll actually fight back without getting curb stomped by every other male character or bitched by every female character. I got 7 games, where the protag actually have reasonably good control over their life though some of them admittedly have character design I that I think could be better but they're satisfactory as they are. Other games though, MC will generally look repulsive, one game I tried, mc looked like a drug addict yet was said to be healthy n stuff.Removal of stats where they simply aren't needed or make them do something.
