Video hosting is hard, but I guess if you're being explicit enough it might be worth posting the video on Pornhub or other actual porn sites.
If you're not planning on being too explicit, Youtube DOES allow talk about fetish stuff, they just don't like it when you present that stuff in a way that's designed to get people horny.
