The pregnancy quest at the left sidebar should detect which step you are at and tell you what to do next. Isn't it working for you?

Figured it out. Need to finish Uncle mission first.

• Event1 : save the students crossing the road at city early morning
• Event2 : Fight the agents at the school library in the afternoon
• Event3 : Save the crashing plane at city night

Those events can easily be missed cause the text for them is small you'll just need to pay attention. Also you need to have unlocked the Aria alter ego by training/missions at Darius' mansion.
