Waaaaaay late on the response, but by Healthy representation I typically mean 3 things: Consent, Communication, and a Respect for boundaries. In the case of Harem and Gang bangs, even if those scenarios are generally fantasy, Artists/ Devs/ Writers can still at least put in the effort to show how to healthily and respectfully approach such situations. I have some turn offs that are esclusive to certain medias, and some that are general. For example, I can bear Harem in a game, but I absolutely can't bear it in an anime. Other than that, the main general turn off for me is inaccurate anathomy/realistic-but-extreme anathomy, like those games where there are characters with extremely big dicks or extremely big boobs, this can be seen very much in many Japanese RPG games, where it seems there is some sort of competition to see who can make the girl with the biggest boobs or the guy with the biggest dick. Balance is the key word for me, and some games makes my eyes bleed like I was using fucking Amaterasu.
