What would you want to see in an extremely dark fantasy RPG?

I'm the writer and programmer but am just looking for ideas/what people would want to see.

Some things that I know I would like to include
-female protagonist
-humiliation themes
-pregnancy
-heavy amounts of bestiality

Also, thinking about not including combat because a lot of the time, combat just seems to be tacked on.

Art assets will be done in 2d maybe with animations for sex, but most likely CG.

evil MC or NTR can get pretty dark.

If you want good guy MC, maybe some dystopian/apocalypse setting

For female MC, corruption... pretty common but it can be good if done well. Taimanin games can get pretty dark and it has all the elements you pointed out.

I'm a bit tired of female MCs being gangbanged and corrupted.
For a change of pace, I wouldn't mind a dark witch who enslaves, torture and break good and pious NPCs, maybe forcing them to mate with monsters and such.
I don't know, maybe a game like Overwhored or Dungeon Keeper, plus bestiality.
Osira from LoQP would be a good MC, I guess.

Extremely dark, eh? Magical mass brainwashing, maybe. Like a country with a spell over it that makes every girl think its normal that the only clothes they're allowed to wear are tiny silk things attached with piercings. And that every orifice not currently used for sex or biological needs are to be plugged with something long and thick- dildos or tentacles preferred. The spell says its all normal, so its the most normal thing ever. For extra humiliation, the main character could know its wrong, but still have to do it to blend in.

Female protagonist is definitely the best choice, also combat in most H-games are just a way of deciding if the MC will win or not but since almost no one play h-games for their combat systems they can sometimes get in the way of what we are actually playing the game for, unless you're trying to do something interesting with the combat, wich very few games manage to do so, for an example i think that ''The Girl in the Red Slave Collar'' has a kinda good combat system.
But if you don't want to put a combat system at all, why not make it based in decisions? i have never seen a h-game wich encounters are purely based on decisions(probably because i haven't played that much visual novels), for an example: ''MC is ambushed by monsters'' then 3-5 choices appear if it's 5 choices 3 would be wrong decisions and 2 correct, making the right choices not obvious would be a must i think, also for a ''Extreme Dark Fantasy'' not having Game Overs would be good since what is happening with the MC would actually matter unless it's some gore related death or something like that...

This is my overall thoughts based on the hundreds of RPG H-games i played, hope it can be of some use for you.

game overs are good if it has a nice bad ending to go with it. If not, its pointless.

Sinisistar comes up to my mind right away. It's already dark enough for me but definitely appreciate more bestiality/insect/group sex.

What I would want to see? Well written, interesting, complex, characters. (And that include the protagonist as well.)

And an interesting story, with enough agency for the player, where porn is not too repetitive or off-topic with the story.

About the thematic, it really depend of the story, but I do like: rape, dubious consent, manipulation, blackmail, corruption, humiliation, ...

Cannibalism, ritual sacrifices, a protagonist who starts well-intentioned but slowly slips into complete depravity.

Edit: this post sounded less edgelord in my head

Edit2: I mean it, I have a weird facination with "evil pagan" religions and you can't have those without cannibalism right?

I would like a strong female MC, not outright evil but maybe a jaded mercenary type, around 30 and very capable of handling herself.

Storywise, I think something like Tyranny. The MC is not evil herself but has to be part of an evil system.

She should be strong enough to avoid getting raped but instead forcing herself upon others, or making others do stuff. Like chosing to feeding the village girls to your orc army in exchange for some combat bonus.

Definitely seconding not a submissive female protagonist but a dominating one, if you're going female protag only. A game that actually takes you down the path of being a villain like Tyranny presented itself as being, but utterly failed to actually be, would be absolutely glorious. Seeds Of Chaos immediately comes to mind for a similar sort of game; In somewhat a similar manner, so does Sierra Lee's The Last Sovereign; there it's more presented as a good guy who has to turn evil to his will, though, but the rest of the world doesn't see it as that, and some of the actions you have to take definitely come across more as morally grey, especially if you don't optimize your ability to do things right at every turn. Really, I'd just like to see more options to really embrace becoming evil right from the start; not Evulz, but actually EVIL, where you're not out to save anyone or anything like that. Don't have to have world domination planned, either.

better to make submissive or dominate more a result of your actions let the player choose through their actions ,which kind of person they want to be ......are you the slaver or the slave , will you be the doorknob , or the manipulative witch that uses her body to ensnare her prey ..then makes them wish they would have turned and ran .......seize power and control....or....be the dumb willing bimbo......

A female hero.... Well throwing her into every men orc ogre kobold merman won't cut it... She must have an option to use her own body or convince/coerce another woman, or both, to strike a deal with key characters to finish her quests.
