(I also think, just my own thoughts and musings that Daph will be the start of the cheating route also...but don't quote me on that).

That's not new, it's been that way.
The point is, Patreon keeps adding more, and more, and more rules, it's an opinion that they don't want it on their platform, only a matter of time before PayPal no longer wants to be part of it like other adult sites. I mean that's is the only reason these dev's stay on Patreon instead of going to SS.

Can anyone help me please. This is my first non harem western game. So, I'm kinda confused how to approach this game.

That will be implemented most likely as it was in the original.
They are Willi's family (And Katie ❤, Leia and Helen are all LI's) and if you use some sources, not related to my brothers, cousins, uncles, former roomate which makes things as it all should be, but I never said that.

1. I don't know jp VN's (so I might misunderstand the question) but there is a strong chance with NTR switched on that you'll have to manipulate to win the LI's (Dana Helen or Monica) who already have boyfriends/partners. If NTR is off, my guess is that the LI's in a relationship will break things off and you skip the NTR/cheating aspects.
2. Currently we don't know, as there's no cheating content in the game yet. Most likely scenario is yes, you can cheat on Miru. If you go the NTR route switched on, we don't know yet how it will play out, but it looks like she will be able to cuck you if you cheat. I'm guessing it will get messy, and Ocean will have fewer LI's than in SG simply so the NTR aspect can be detailed and not cause the game to break with too many options between LI's
3. The only way that the Zane's are related is through a patch to the game, found on the first page of this thread, on a third party site uploaded by an unknown party, so make your own conclusions.

So, don't worry about the patreon, they are just now the fun police. Chances are that you are not a patron if you are asking, so the loss of the page doesn't mean much if Ocean's dedicated to keeping going.
BTW (as a general comment for the thread) this is actually the definition of not milking - Ocean's keeping development active after losing an income stream.

Playing WIAB and Summers gone back to back alot of answers are given. But also creates alot of questions. If Will cheats is answered in summers gone, Which adds to who dos he start cheating with. Earlier it was put in the threads that Daphne will be his first step cheating.

It's most likely - Miru has already said she won't accept Daphne in an open relationship, and that open is fine if it's only physical - Willi's love is all Miru's. So breaking that is most obvious with Daphne, and if she comes to Wollust, there is only one actual reason, to be close to Willi.

True but in Summers gone they talk about Wills infidelities during the book club scene especially towards Sasha. I think before he returns he sleeps with Daphne as a sympathy act especially since he knows she didn't have sex in awhile and she is vulnerable.

With Sasha? It was Robert who was the married man after Sasha. It was generalised Willi being spoken about by Jen and Katie, nothing else is mentioned about William in SG other than Emilia asking Katie how he is.
THe William infidelity thing is based on the idea of William in old WiaB pre rework, when it was written with harem style logic. Current Wiab, we only know that William has a high sex drive, but gets worn out by Miru. William has only flirted with others, and not even much. The other reason for William's suspected infidelity is the theories about the SG cast's parents, none of which is fact. We know none of the fathers other than Nick Benz or Stefan, and we see a few mothers (Amber, Elena is mentione, Layla's mum is mentioned, Ayua is Zane). There is very little confirmed parentage other than legal names.
Most likely Willi will be a massive manwhore though. That'll be his excuse to find out info, just like Leia wanted him to do with Monica.
Other than that, yes I agree, Willi will do the thing with Daphne, it's too big a set up for it not to happen.
Well, there will be a lot of personal canon things happening in WIAB outside Ocean´s official canon, depending on how we play WIAB, e.g. who Willi ends up with, stays with Miru, reconciliation with Leia and Monica, etc.
I think this is the reason there are so many possible kids of William/Miru/Leia/Kati/Daphne et al hopping around in SG, so that the WIAB players can see their personal canon in SG (in a fashion at least).
I theorise the following to be the most likely variant who is who´s kids/parents, going by some developments and things we already know: Willi and Miru are the parents of Ayua, that is pretty much a given. Maybe Ayua has some (half)brothers, since Miru stated in WiaB she would like 4 kids. She has officially female cousins, since it was mentioned in the beer bar that Nika would have to marry Ayua or one of her cousins to learn some special martial arts moves.
Of those cousins, I am convinced at least one is actually Ayua´s halfsister. I consider it 100% sure that when Willi and Leia reconcile, he puts one kid minimum into her and with the consent of Miru, since Willi and Leia can never be together officially. Miru is not only observant, Willi also promised her that one day he would tell her about his love from before. I estimate Miru already has some inkling that was Leia, too much hints that way even for an outsider.
If Willi and Monica reconcile (it seems possible in WiaB) I could see one of her kids being from him. I also agree with others that a Daphne-Willi tryst is nearly a given, but it does not have to be an affair. Willi could be only a spem donor for Daphne, that is one thing I think Miru would be open to. It would also fit into the thing why Nika and Nami ended up where they are. Miru might be ok with a sperm donor thing, but not with having Daphne (and kids) around all the time. (I find it likely that Daphne is Nami/Nika´s mom, esp. Nami looks very much like her daughter)
Kati, Dana and Zoey are also possibilities for Willi to have kids with, but further out ones. I consider them possibilites for personal canon stuff, not official canon ones, with the exception of maybe Zoey.
Miru is the mom of Ayua and maybe some sons, since she wanted 4 kids. Beside Willi, I think the only other possible fathers who might make it into official canon would be Dylan and one of the porn actors.
