Well, Ocean was always transparent auf the fact that SG has waaaaaaay more support than WIAB.

In old devlogs Ocean has even the weekly time mentioned which Pc was working for which game. SG was/is the main income for him, especially after the shutdown of the WIAB patreon and SS is way less popular out there than patreon.
Usually the newer PC was founded over the SG revenue, so it would be unfair to this patrons when he would use the PC - founded by SG - for the way less popular game WIAB.

You are missing the point that showing genitals does not equals porn, even showing explicit sex might not be considered porn.
