Just played this game for the first time, but my game ended after chapter 3 (as per the walkthrough), after Leia calls. Can anyone please tell me why this happened?

Are you using any mods? If so, check versions. Are you using an I-Patch? That's no longer compatible. Did you download it from here, or are you using Steam/GoG? These things might help figure out your issues. It's good to report all relevant data when you ask for help in here to minimize back and forth.

I'll drop it here, but will be bringing up how right I was in a years time when Ocean rewrites it yet again, or it's "unexpectedly" booted from Steam for incestual relations.

Yes, and not only incest. So far, it seems just the first stage, they look at the titles of adult games and carefully check everything where the title hints at the family ties or sexual abuse.

So if a game has title like Goblin's slave or The Naughty Sisters - they will come for you

Where It All Began seems like a neutral title in this regard.
