Ocean has so far broadly followed the same general structure, taking out details that were poorly written, and added details to make the plot more consistent. So no, these scenes aren't in the current release of the game, and might never be. But they'll likely show up in an improved form.

Important distinction of course is if the sleep sex happens with consent, then it's fine. Otherwise yeah, it's extremely creepy. And yes there's sleep sex that happens with consent that is given before hand, for example if someone were to tell their partner that they can wake them up by having sex with them.
