For now, though, it will keep going up in price, until it is eventually at $14.99. So, I suggest that if you want it on Steam, you buy it in this week window, as it probably won't be this cheap again for ones actually wanting to support the game that is.It is a good price...
Well, yes? It says right in the changelog and the chapter is called "The Silent Jury".
It will be available at Subscribestar in a week when the initial Steam sale is over. But, the next update (LOL, it will be this time next year if we are lucky) will be on SS first then Steam at a later date.

I just know depending if it is a NVME or SSD, it doesn't matter how fast your internet is as the bottleneck could be that, or even CPU.Supposedly it's downloading it in the SSD but who knows at this point
