Chapter 6 came out in June 2020, announcing THIS rework.

And Chapter 6 made no changes to the earlier part of the game. It ended the camping trip and finished in the courtroom.
And no other "Update/Rework" has ever been made.

It's just cut for the girls and much more focused on MC's pleasure.

And if someone doesn't want it, they have a choice to completely close it.

Honestly, I just hope we will get to the actual NTR Miri content this time before the game will get abandoned or something will happen to Ocean. The longer the project is going, the higher the probability that something will go wrong.

From personal experience, I have no hope, nor expectation to see this game completed.

Not sure but on the first page of this thread someone said there was another game with same name , I hope you guys are not talking about that as the first game then the previous version of (ocean's game) this as 1st remake and this current version as second remake?

It's not as bad as it's made out to be. The situation is that there is a certain misinterpretation of what happened between chapter 4 and 5. Some consider it a remake/remade. But in reality chapters 5 and 6 were not remade, but placed in the "new" continuity. If you watch the old WIAB, you can clearly see the jump, both graphically and story-wise, breaking the narrative. So really, this would be the first remake of WIAB.

Events, personalities, and flow are completely different but it's still the same overall story about Helen's accident, etc.

Just after seeing the animations on the opening i dont think anyone can complain about the rework anymore.. seriously amazing tbh.. there is a reason some games are just way better than others and why some take a lot more time..

I was a big fan of the game before the remake I was looking forward to seeing where the game was gonna go and I gotta say I like the new renders and some of the changes that have been made to the game...

But god I really do hate how this MC looks now, really kills the immersion when the person I am playing as looks like a Instagram filter mixed with a 14 year old's design of what a cool character would look like. The one blue eye one brown eye thing? I really don't want to be over dramatic but is there any chance we can just go back to a first person perspective?

Just curious how much work for the other chapters are already complete, or the general ETA the next chapters will take. Given how long this rework took, a lot of people understandably fear it might be another 1 year+ for the next chapter and something like decades to finish the game lol. Yes there were PC troubles, and making two games, and needing to upgrade hardware, and the beginning of projects tending to be quite slow compared to later one where things are established and dev speed ramps up, all of which are not always taken into consideration with peoples fear of very excessive wait release windows. But the concern is still there nonetheless. So any details on releases and updates and so on?
