For people that will continue saying that this rework was not necessary i have to disagree with them , compared with Summers Gone this game was pretty meh and the renders weren't the best , and the story wasn't that interesting in the old format but now it got my interest and the game looks beautiful and the renders are so good and the new rework on the characters make them so much better than the previous version

For me, it's all the same. I loved WIAB before and i love it now too. And the quality is good before too.
Moreover,. This rework is mostly about Miru (whether you agree or not).
But, unfortunately, My opinion on Miru hasn't changed much in this rework. I hated her in past and i hate her now too. (May be a bit less). Because, although she have big physical changes, her basic character stays the same in this rework. We can clearly the "tension" between dylan & her, even with (ntr off) option. So, i can imagine what would happen with miru in future. So, basically, this rework is for me is just meh. But, i respect your opinion that you love this rework too much..

I played the "original" waaaaay back and I liked it then.
But the rework... oh boy the stuff Ocean delivers these days is on another level. I simply LOVE the remake. Very few games give me teary eyes most of the time someone in them is crying, but this is emotional top tier.

I love the rework, more in-depth and detailed, the snake fits but kinda looks out of place at times.

Hmm, while it's super high quality man has it made very little progress for well over a year of work since the last update.

Most importantly the cinematics need to be coded differently as they get truncated if you play with skip transitions on (which is essential so you don't spend 90% of your time watching textboxes fade in and out compared to actually reading the story)... I think the same is true of Summer's Gone.

Also the MC's 2 different coloured eye thing feels a bit over the top, like someone's been watching too much anime.

I prefer Miru in this version though. Before I found her kind of annoying and was happily discarding her and using her as a tool, it'll be a much harder choice now (as Katie is my main girl for sure).

It's one of my favourite games for a reason but man at this rate it'll be 5 years just to catch up to where we were.
