As Drew said, Helen is in the update, nothing lewd, sexy times are currently with Miru only. I wrote a post which is just in front of yours. While in that case it was asked about NTR, the system will be similar for things with other characters, so you might take a look at it. There are already impactful choices in the game, but it will take time until it adds truly up.

i seem to be missing out on a sex scene with miru according to the gallery, where am i missing it? at the bar somewhere?

Probably. I looked through the images in the files and there is a scene where she flashes the opponents if you lose the dart game.
that scene i got where she flashes them but like i said some sex scene missing

Does anything of note change with the final version of WIAB, like are there any extra scenes, etc.?

In his last post, he said: But I might enhance the two lewd scenes for the final version, and add some more animations/still renders. I was pretty hung up on them for reasons.

My fingers were crossed that he had a Miru NTR scene waiting but hopefully we'll get that next time
I think you'll have to wait a lot longer for that to happen.

I could use your help.
In most RenPy games, I go into the scripts and tweak the dialogues a bit. I correct spelling or grammar mistakes or spice up the dialogue a bit so it's sexier and more appealing to me.
Usually this works fine, but not in this game.
As soon as I change even one word in the script I get the following error:
error: Error -3 while decompressing data: incorrect header check
