Sure, Ocean can bring her back the next decade... cause for what chapter do you think she would be brought back? Not trying to be an ass, I just don't see her coming back anytime soon.

Did you not read my post? Both the MC and Miru have decided to move to Wollust, and have to go home to arrange the move. That is like ...imminent. That's where Daphne is, and she is devastated about Will moving away. This is in the game.

We'll see, Daphne still is a very secondary character. She will cross words with the MC and Miru when they pick up their things, so what? Being a secondary character is what inclines me to think she will not move out. Not yet, not for a while.

Yeah, she's so very secondary. Sure. That's why she cried when Willie told her he was moving. That's why he felt like shit about. So very minor.
well... since i have a life outside this forum, which doesnt seem to be the case for most people in sg/wiab threads, i dont have time to play these things all the time and therefore must ctrl through them on every new update to catch up.

Yes, Scarlet was Helen's sister in the old version. Helen's married to Dylan, so Dylan is the Zane. Scarlet's married to Joe, so unless Joe is Dylan's brother (can't imagine that) Scarlet is not a Zane, and Kat is not a Zane. I'm assuming that Helen took Dylan's family name though, she might be going by her maiden name, but that would seem unusual to me.

Of course now we know that everyone is named Zane, but that's why they're just friends. They met, and bonded over the fact that they share a last name with each other despite not being related. Except when they are.

Might be a generational or culture thing as I don't think is all that unsual Helen going by her Maiden name. Is worth to question if they still will be sister in this new version of the story. If Helen goes by her Maiden name, maybe her relationship with the Dylan is even more pratical than I first thought, and if Dylan is the Zane, the more likely answer, does Helen family play a role ? We know that William has at least another aunt and uncle and cousin who are not on speaking terms with his side of the family. A swing party that went South?

Donna calls Dylan Mister Zane, and Ben says Helen is Helen Zane when Willi goes to visit Monica. So it's unlikely (not impossible) Dylan would take Helen's family name. So Scarlet is not a Zane unless that happened.
We haven't heard Joe's family name, but I'm 99.9% sure Uncle Joe is not a Zane. He'd have to be Dylan's brother.
Edit: Also, the uncles and aunts (can't remember their names to look them up) don't need to be Zanes. The family tree is the family tree regardless of the offshoots.

So Dylan is the confirmed Zane, not much of a surprised here. I don't think that Uncle Joe is a Zane either, though I guess is not impossible. I was under the impression that the other aunt and uncle was by Helen side, because they also were Kat's relatives, if they are from Dylan side they are related only to William. So we have, potentially, another sister or brother for Helen and Sacarlit, thus my wondering if her family will have a role to play. Also I can't shake the feeling that Helen is the one with money.
