No, it even says on Lewdpatcher for Chapter 3. Incest was changed in Chapter 4, the game was reworked/rewritten to remove incest completely from the game.

Who knows if and when a new patch will replace it or update it? It depends on if anyone is interested enough to mess with Ocean's bullshit.

If you want to know why he removed said content, SS has in their TOS content with incest isn't allowed, they've never banned anyone over it, but that is the reason. Now why he decided to do on Steam to when Steam doesn't care about incest, rape, and blackmail, no clue...I have no clue how much of the player base played this game for incest vs NTR aspect or "both".

There is very little lewd content in this game period! Granted the removal of the incest messes
with the story but again..... very little lewd content. And the little lewd content that is in it is short
and very vanilla to say the least. Just my 2 cents worth.

Finished the update. It was alright. Most people already covered the whole retcon and mafia stuff so I'll just leave that subject, as well as the overall story, alone.

Now, as for the content and if the year long wait is justified? Depends on the player, I suppose. If I only played Ocean games and liked the story more than everything else out there. I would definitely be disappointed, personally. But since WIAB has declined in my eyes over the years. I would say it's fine for what it is. I don't have as high of expectations as I used to.

So highlight of the update for me? Some more younger SG faces were introduced. Which was cool. Then there's Katie and Dana stuff. Katie doesn't really need much explaining. Dana though. 29 in game days to go, I suppose? But I have a feeling Willy boy can get it down to a week. Especially since Dana has more hunger for it, compared to the OG. Yep, that's a double entendre.

And that's pretty much all that I liked about the update. Some of the character interactions were interesting. But Katie pretty much did the heavy lifting here. The lack of meaningful sex scenes after such a wait is kind of on brand, at this point. So nothing much to add there. Thankfully, I managed to get over my addiction to this game year(s) ago. If not, I probably would be going crazy from it.

Rewriting and reworking is Ocean's whole schtick. Watch as he rework this and SG again when he hit another writers block. Both games have been up for years now that its ridiculous that it both hasn't reach the story's midway point.

You make it sound like the last 4 times haven't completely rewritten major aspects of the plot. At some point you have to ask whether or not it's worth it because I can't remember which iteration of the plot were on. We're pretty much just playing drafts at this point.

They're still "family", just not family. Katie is a "real" Zane, as are Kata and her parents and brother. Leia and MC were raised by the Zanes as wards, but not adopted. The relationships are emotionally the same. Some of it is stupid, but plausible in the world Ocean's created. Crime Families have rules and their own cultural quirks. They're not as out there as some other crime family games.

I am almost done with my first playthrough of the new version and content. I like it, for the most part. The new UI is a bit annoying, and the sex animations are high quality, but mostly boring and static. The story and characters are still good. I am not upset that I bought it on Steam.

I'm having issues with the game scenes that are repeating over and over I've downloaded the game from 3 sites and even the one I bought on Steam I still get it, is anyone else having that problem and I don't have any Mods installed?

Ocean basically said on Discord today he feels Steam and GOG would eventually adopt the same policy as Patreon and Subscribestar. To quote him loosely, he’s not getting near that shit (incest) anymore.

The "mafia rules" basically allow Ocean to make it up as he goes along. Anything that is out of place, "Oh that's just how this family does things." I think I'm almost done with the playthrough as well and while some of the story changes are messy, I didn't hate chapter 4 as much as I thought I would.
