Fulfill the wills conditions: stay away from Monica and her daughters, check. Don't trust Elaine because we know she was a golddigger with your dad, so stay away there too, check. Don't trust Bella because she just happens to be there to help out while dissing her sister, so another stay away.

Agreed, an incest mod is the worst way to play this game and destroys the entire plot. There are a shit ton of incest games on this site and they aren't difficult to find, no need to ruin the experience of playing this game by using a mod.

Really? I've never tried the mod (and have nothing good to say about incest mods in general), but unless Monica is Dizzy I don't see how it would make much difference to the plot. Monica, Katie and Jenna are already treated as a surrogate family for the MC; making them actual family is easy and well within the usual bounds of incest game "logic." It's not like the MC's mother is an actual character who needs to be explained, so transferring that role to Monica is a simple matter.
The only meaningful wrinkle I can see is explaining why the MC stayed with Monica for a time before being dragged off to his father when his mother doesn't die. But that's trivially easy: just say that the MC stayed with Monica after the separation until she lost the custody battle in court (thanks to Donald's massive army of lawyers), and everything else goes on as normal.
Now why you'd WANT to make that change, that I can't explain. The world is already drowning in incest games, so even the minimal effort needed to convert WTHI still seems like a waste of time. But I don't get the appeal of incest games in the first place, so the mod clearly isn't aimed at me.
Well, also the whole will condition doesn't really make sense. I doubt that the dad could legally require his son to avoid actual family members in order to inherit money (especially if Monica is the mom and Katie and Jenna are his sisters). In addition a lot of dialogue needs to be altered or removed because the MC and other characters talk about his dead mom a lot.
Perhaps if a mod made the characters an aunt and cousin but even then it wouldn't fit without chopping things. After all, as soon as the MC shows up at the house he's telling Monica and Katie how hot and sexy they are. His second day there he's spanking Katie...

I don't think it makes much difference whether the will prohibits him from seeing people or family members, MC is of age and can see his family without any problem.
If anything, it would be more cruel.
