i found it / i just need to read that section i didnt usually read emails but once long time ago my mistake

I wasn't making a dig at you, it's just a trend i've noticed.

If it doesn't seem important or involve the girls i've seen a chunk of people either ignore parts of the story or just gloss over it. The e-mails are one, pics on Jenna's pc is another. Little things like that.

I understand, I try but sometimes I think i remember what is written and just skip it. as you pointed out I just didnt think it was important. but everything leads to something.

If E-mail was sent to others not just Monica who? other than Bella what friends are discussed if Elaine sent it she dosent know MC well enough for that. and I not convinced Elaine sent the E-mail, I think she was investagating leads of the other women too. but that is just spectulation on my part.

I'm guessing she must of accessed his contacts list and just sent a mass email to everyone listed there on the off chance someone would respond.

Hey folks....Thanks for keeping the faith and for keeping the debates raging. Just wanted to let you know, that I'm still nowhere near 100% health but I am back working on the game. And the whole team should be back working on it again from the start of October. We're also in the process of auditioning for a new writer to help take on some of the workload. If anyone else out there is interested in joining the writing team, please let me know.

Glad you're feeling better, Cheeky. I've definitely missed my WtHI fix, but please don't risk your recovery by rushing back too quickly; we waited this long, we can wait a bit longer.

Good luck in your writer search. Sadly, I have limits both to my writing skill and my free time, so I don't think I can offer much more than moral support.

as it seems neither does MC. I looked to see, he never seems to use one. no mention in text that i found and pic has phone open and no password line to log in on computer. but its not on desktop either.

Elaine does not like Monica and does not want MC staying there. is it because of Will, the divorce, wanting the house? we dont know truly yet, he had not contacted Monica for long time. an did not seem to know Monica's contact info. he did not plan to go to Monica's so who sent this could have bad intentions.

But i always expect bad of people in these games.

true we not sure if Elaine knows the will conditions or not yet. but if the email has no second meaning then way too much story is wasted on it. linking other scenes cant be the only reason it is in the story. because most scenes don't need that link to happen.

HOLD you horses here Indio68, as you can see it is only labeled "ON HOLD" I learned the Folks here love this DEV. as do I. CheekyGimp is still working this game along with his partners. They all are doing their part in keeping us informed. Do the one thing I needed to do when I started on this thread Read the past post yourself. then if you still think this dev is of bad behavior we might listen to being upset. Na not really! We love this Game and DEV too much!!

Nothing can be done, it's a side effect of Unus Manus condition. This issue commonly manifests itself with pro "ctrl" users when they reach the end without completing the process. (During this process one hand is busy with some sticky substance doing some aggressive but rhythmic motions, so only one hand is available.) They immediately check for a similar or a new source to complete the process, but not finding any new content fast enough can lead to frustration and anger or even madness which results in a shaky hand...

For those that are new around here, Cheeky and acewinz are a few of the best devs here. I can only think of a handful among many hundreds I am aware of who are as concientious and open with the fans. Devs don't have to hang around F95 and chat with all their fans (and deal with the trolls), so they should be given a huge amount of credit for doing so. Ultimately, I think being involved in the community here helps their games, and helps build support, it certainly does with me, but not all devs see it that way.

I get the frustration, in general, when much loved games are delayed, but unlike some devs, Cheeky and ace have always gone out of their way to communicate with all of us, and it is very much appreciated.

And don't minimize the impact of health issues on development. It is not like a typical office job where you show up, deal with paperwork, read and write emails, or sit in meetings all day. It takes creativity, and your mind to be in the right place, to build scenes, write dialog, and make the story flow cohesively. It is easy when you are young and healthy to scoff at all the devs with health issues, but that is real life for most people, and you will certainly experience it yourself someday. The fact that devs can deal with their health, and still find the time and enthusiasm to continue developing their games for the enjoyment of all of us, should be applauded, not criticised.

So, unless you just like to step all over a good thing, just for the fun of it, you really should direct your criticism about delays elsewhere. Cheeky and ace are really some of the good ones, and should be commended.

Plus, Where the Heart Is has a huge amount of content, and every release is very lengthy compared to most games here, so if it takes them an extra month or even 5 or 6, it will be excellent as usual I am sure.
