To be honest, that game feels like it could be done better but it isnt. It has potential but cant perform. It is something between and it kinda destroys itself because it has potential to evolve but cant or it goes into regression.

There was an episode 21 teaser on their patreon on the 11th. I'm not a patron so no idea what it says. I think there was some work done prior to cheeky getting sick, and Ace and Cell were still working on it after he got sick. So I'm still hopeful it will be out before the end of the year. Of course that doesn't mean shit. I just hope it will be out by then or sooner.

This was my first vn, actually i had two option to choose from i.e milfy city or where the heart is but finally decided to go with wthi as i wasn't really fond of sandbox, since then i fucking love it, every updates were exemplary, and i am sure cheeky knows it too. Get well soon buddy.
